1. Welcome to XIX84
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the XIX84 platform (the "Service") operated by XIX84-QDS · Qathedral of Quantum D Solutions("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using any feature of XIX84, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Who May Use the Service
You must be at least 13 years old to create a XIX84 account and at least 18 years old to use age-gated features (Gatherings meetups, Creator Mini Shops, community messaging). By using XIX84 you represent that you meet these requirements and have full legal authority to enter into this agreement.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at GQ@xix84-qds.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Tiered Access
XIX84 offers free and paid tiers (Adventurist, Herbalist, Alchemist, Qommunity, Premium, Holograph). Paid tiers renew on the cadence shown at checkout and can be cancelled at any time via your account settings. Refunds are provided at our discretion in line with applicable consumer-protection law.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of anything you post — remedies, formulas, journals, uploaded photos, Legacy Scrolls, Halo caregiver profiles. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and share that content within the Service solely to operate and improve XIX84. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this licence.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Impersonation, harassment, hate speech, or unlawful content.
- Uploading medical, dietary, or ritual advice you know to be false or dangerous.
- Circumventing tier gates, rate limits, or scraping the Service.
- Selling regulated substances (prescription drugs, controlled plants, unlicensed supplements) via Creator Shops.
7. Creator Payouts (Stripe Connect)
Creators earning through XIX84 Mini Shops are onboarded via Stripe Connect. Payouts are governed by Stripe's own Connected Account Agreement. XIX84 takes no platform fee on the first $1,000 lifetime; a platform fee applies thereafter as disclosed in-app.
8. Third-Party Content
XIX84 aggregates plant, star, and cultural knowledge from Ayurvedic, TCM, Amazonian, African, Aboriginal, and Western sources. Attribution and provenance are surfaced wherever known. We honour DMCA and equivalent takedown notices — email GQ@xix84-qds.com.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend accounts for material breach of these Terms.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, XIX84-QDS · QATHEDRAL OF QUANTUM D SOLUTIONS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR US $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which XIX84-QDS · Qathedral of Quantum D Solutions is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in that jurisdiction's courts.
12. Changes
We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
